pHNSHP23 ChIP-exo, Cappable-seq RNA-seq and HDTM data can be visualized using the UCSC genome browser at http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgHubConnect before selecting the "My Hubs" tab, pasting the following URL https://datahub-101-cw2.p.genap.ca/Yi_2021/hub.txt and pressing the "Add Hub" button. The data will be displayed upon pressing the "Genomes" tab at the top left corner of the UCSC genome browser, selecting "pHNSHP23" in the "group" drop-down menu, and clicking on "submit".
